The car has paid for itself many times, which is easy since it only cost me $5.00 The sway bar links are broken so the handling is sketchy but its not worth the trouble to fix them. The power is a little low, but it does have 206,000 miles on it.Oct 11, 2011

It was a free car, lasted me almost long enough to get a good reliable car. Blew the head gasket at one point, and would cost more than what the car was worth to get it fixed, so I had to do it myself. Then one of the freeze plugs rusted out and had to be replaced, then the harmonic balancer, and finally it overheated one last time when more freeze plugs blew out and it never ran again.Feb 16, 2008

We have a 91 Olds Royale - veh starts and dies when put in gear
We just had the control module & ignition coil replaced. The car then had to be disconnected from the battery for 10 minutes and hooked back up. The car started at the shop over and over. My son took car tonight and vehicle broke down. Car starts but when it's put into gear, it stalls out. Any ideas? Thanks!

What could be the problem? HELP ME PLEASE!
I have a 91 old 88 royae. I had an issue with the harmonic balancer and had it replaced. Since then im having issues cranking it up initially. When I first go out to crank it, the engine turns over, jumps, and makes a backfiring sound but won't crank. After maybe three attempts the vehicle will crank but runs as it its skipping. Then while I'm driving, initially, there is no problem but once the vehicle warms up, it begins to accelerate extremely slow, jumps sometimes while accelerating, and makes a grinding or whining sound only when I press the accelerator and when I ease off the accelerator it stops. I have no ideal what the problem could be. Can someone please help me??
