I was told at the fan on the car was bad and needed a new one it is now making a clacking and cranking noise and squealing and it's really wobbly where the fan is do I need the new fan or does it need to be tightened down
I replaced the blower motor and the resister in front of the blower motor and it still runs slow,but I can raise the hood and tap on the resister it blows fast with the blower turned on fast.I know its running on slow because i can take the rubber hose off the blower motor and see its turning slow ,
why does my blower run slow when I turn it up it still runs slow
