this 2000 bravada was awesome to drive in the snow. the 4 wheel drive would kick in by itself because of the SmartTrek. I loved it and i miss it very much. It had some what good gas mileage with its 4.3L V6 Vortec engine. it had very nice intrerior with leather seats.Nov 21, 2010

The Bravada is built on a gmt-330 frame which is one of GM's greatest ever. It has a 4.3 liter Vortec v6 engine rated at 200hp and 260 lb.ft. of torque. It handles very well for its weight of 4200lbs. and has good acceleration. Overall this it has been a great truck. It currently has just over 88,000 miles on it and it hasn't missed a beat.Oct 31, 2009

I love my car because it is built great for an SUV, It looks really good, runs superior with the exception of gas mileage, and it is really fun to drive both on and off the road and fun to drive around in the snowSep 14, 2009

Great car with very low miles for the year model. Rides smoother than most SUVs. Completely loaded with features: Sunroof, Leather, Heated Seats, CD Changer, AWD. Also has a Majestic 12" Sub and Blaupunk Amp installed. I love this car!Apr 06, 2008

gas gage
my gas gage went to empty even though i know i have 3/4ths tank. i did drive through a few puddles so i thought something got wet. today i find that i do have gas and everything should be dried out and it still does not work. how do i go about solving this problem? i already checked the connector connection on the tank

i need some ideas.
I have a 2000 bravada and i love it. I have had no issues from it until today. I had to change the thermastot. The changing of the thermostat went awesome smooth. It was all put back together and i put my son to bed. I had my mom watch him so i could go to town. It was running perfect until i got to the store (2 miles down the road) when i got to the store I put the truck in park and it started to jump on the idal. i drove back home instantly and my dad re connects a hose that was coming off of the breather. i started the truck as my dad had instructed. for a little bit it started jumping rpms from like 500 - 1500 rpms than evened out. as i drove the truck it was fine. i know i had some low oil so we got some oil in it. The check engine light is still on and when i start the car for about 5 mins the rpms keep bouncing than even out. i have no idea what else it could be. please help me out here with ideas.
