I loved driving her always had the top completely off! When she ran I could depend on her to change my mood instantly and feel like a million bucks! I miss driving her an want her fixed! She so sad sitting there just begging to be driven! She is rated high on reliability bc she was awesome till now , but I know she can't help it with her age! She has potential and tons of character! Just looking at her puts a smile on your face and a longing for adventure into your heart and soul! The wind threw my hair was the best part aside from shifting gears!Oct 20, 2014

It's a good around town car. It's small size and short wheel base makes it easy to park in tight places. It's acceleration is good for merging into traffic on the highway, but it's not good at innerstate highway speeds for a long distance. I haven't driven it on a long trip, but my city gas mileage is 21 mpg.Feb 13, 2011

I like: The gas mileage (it's roughly $20 to fill up here), easy to maintain, easy to toss around in the bush and trails and a fun unit to drive. It's performance is kinda crappy, as in no power to go up the hills, but still a blast! Not too bad looking either.Jun 24, 2010

My car is the BEST when it comes to beating the gas prices. But it is like driving an older model jeep, you feel every bump in the road. My 4 cly, dosen't have much get-up-and-go for the highway, but it's great for around town. I'd describe it ,like driving a pop can with wheels! It roars like a sprint car, is the ultimate offroad vehicle, its a convertible :), it is a sexy beast, it fits six people comfortably, has a nice radio, u can bounce it up and down and its an all year vehicle that i enjoy beating the crap out of lol.Aug 31, 2009

i have had so much fun with my tracker it have very good handling and braking just it has barely any acceleration. the appearence is very differnt so to speak but i have put alot of work into my little toy. it is very fun to drive, i would reccomend this car to anyone who wants fun and good gas mileage.Sep 02, 2008

She is a gem. Best $3000 we ever spent! When it snows (as it often does) I just put it in 4 wheel drive and away I go. I switch the wheels to lock first time and I am all set. I will drive her until she stops.Jan 20, 2008

i have drove this for about a year now. and i dont really like it at all. the convertible was nice. but it would rip. i put some nice wheels on it. made it look better. the four wheel drive was a bonus. but the windshield cracked along the whole thing and idk why. i dont like the massive move you have to make when you shift it. yea mine was a standard. honestly i think its a piece of junkJan 02, 2008

mild overheating, coolant & oil go down; head gasket? cracked head? H2O pump?
checking the oil shows that it is not contaminated by antifreeze, drips coolant from front passenger side slowly, looks like it could be coming from water pump; but... exhaust manifold is pretty sludgy where it bolts to the head. Otherwise seems to be a great little motor that just keeps on truckin

Tracker won't start unless gas is poured into the carburetor runs after with out shutting off. Sent in computer to get rebuilt and also replaced the fuel pump filter and fuel pump relay. Have tried everything I have read with the success of getting as far as it running after pouring gas int to the carburetor. Before sending the computer off it would cut off as soon as the gas ran out that I poured into the carburetor. I LOVE MY CAR ITS AWESOME TO DRIVE AND I DONT WANT TO GET RID OF IT, please tell me what I can do

I just bought this tracker because it is solid body and frame motor purrs like new. Problem with charging system . New battery, alternator, and 60 amp relay. Battery goes dead after driving for one hour with heat or lights on. Want to turn this tracker into a P.O.W. tribute. Please help this vet figure out what to do.
