500,000 miles on a 88 4.0 2x4 and 400,000+ on a 89 4.0. Weak spots for me are the water pump, starter and coolant overflow bottle.
March 13, 2008low acceleration, good braking and handling for what truck is. excellent quality plain jane interior not afraid to get it dirty. economical, lots of fun. will haul and tow everything you need to haul or tow as long as it is not too heavy. good for going too dump or for going fishing with small boat.

September 13, 2022color- army green accs- after market cd player and speakers dual whips and a cb 4 wheel drive lots of work put into it drives good havent had it off road yet but will be soon enough the front end has one problem the sway bars rub against the frame and has rubbed a whole in the frame but other than that its a great vehical
