87 Comanche runs hotter than normal. Boils over when turned off. Running at about 230 with thermostat, and 200 without. New radiator, new waterpump, new hoses, new thermostat, and therm opens at about 185. Question. is there two different pumps?, each turning a seperate direction. One for a serpentine belt, the other for v belt?
My 87 Comanche will start up no problem but when it come to get in motion, it's a different story. It's a 4 speed manual and it will go into every gear like normal, yet no power dispersion. I'll even take my foot off the clutch and the engine is still running . What could this be ?
Why couldn't I just swap the entire old injection system off of my old truck and save the trouble of the fuel problems...??? Is that possible??? My old engine has a cracked head and I'm bout to start this swap shortly....any advice and warnings would be helpful.. I gotta get this thing going so I can get to work..thanks
