This was such a beautiful machine. Unfortunately, 1978 was a gas crisis year, and therefor GM designed the 301, the V8 with the worst power to compression ratio in the history of automotives. As you can imagine, performance was embarrassingly horrible. On the bright side, regardless of the lack of power, it's a V8. You can always make them louder. Crossflow Flowmaster made this car sound like it had the balls it deserved. By far the best cruiser car EVER.Dec 20, 2008
