this car came to me in many pieces i spend a year gathering the missing parts and repairing or modifying the parts i had then i spent 6 months putting it all together its a culmination of 12 differant cars and some homemade items also
i was very surprised when i drove it for the first time it stops on a dime and handles quite well no rattles no squeaks
i am a bit disappointed in the performance factor but im replacing the 273 gear with a 323 buick unit and the vintage power glide will be upgraded to a tricked out turbo 350Apr 12, 2010

Father and I worked on it for a few years with help from a shop called B&M in
Portland, OR. She is a very fun car. We drive it often during the summer and
garage it in the winter. We get a lot of head turns when we go around town.
Even though fuel economy is...well...as good as a muscle car can be we still
drive it to the track, around town and even to the coast for car shows. Overall,
if you are looking for a muscle car, I'd suggest getting one of these. Very fun to
work on and not terribly difficult; you will run into a few head aches along the
way, but that is to be expected with these older cars.Feb 14, 2009
