At the time, these cars were easy to come by in my area. The first one I bought had a freshly built powertrain but had been hit and folded around a tree by the car that hit it. The second one I bought didn't have a good engine. I took the best of both and made a family car that we drove for years.Jun 10, 2013

Overall this was a fun little ride-The rat rod ex drag car look is about as good as these older A-bodies can get aside from a striaght axle altered wheelbase. This car would lay 150ft of rubber with only a mild 318/dual glasspacks/automatic. Love the looks of the early steel wheels!Nov 02, 2011

the 270 post car is a very stiff light but yet not as light as u think car that makes a good drag car. althought it is very hard to put a big block in it with out cutting the shock towers out.Aug 10, 2011
