Very easy to work with

They wouldn't finance a car for me, even though
I had 4,000 dollars for a down payment. I
understand that they can get a 19 year old, with
rich parents to cosign for them to buy the car,
but I have a credit score of 751. Sometimes in
this life, people just need others to trust in them,
and they'll show out for you. Other times, you'll
most certainly be let down. In this situation, I
have worked extremely hard to increase my
credit score, after being screwed on my last car-
deal gone wrong, just to be turned down
anyway. At least the salesman was polite when
tearing me down some more.

They worked hard to get me approved on this truck. I will tell everyone to go see them for there next vehicle purchase.
Jordan was very rude and frustrated with me because I didn't understand their pricing. After several calls and blatant rude
behavior, I realized he never stated a price. He kept referring to "the online price" which I thought was the price shown by
CarGurus. He was actually referring to the price shown PLUS $1,000 if you don't finance and PLUS $1,000 if you don't have
a trade in. This made me look closer at other vehicles and dealers methods of pricing. I noted a few other dealerships have
additional fees related to financing, but none as high as RHCDJ and none had additional pricing due to no trade in. I've also
found other dealerships to be straight forward about pricing when I called and also didn't feel the need to be rude about it.

Acted like a con artist. They want to increase the
price if your not trading a vehicle in or making a
cash purchase.

Hey Roy! We want to apologize for any confusion regarding our pricing. We do have a finance and trade credit that is included in our price and is listed on all of our vehicles in the description. We do this to offer our customers the most savings possible and keep our vehicles very competitively priced. If we did not include these additional discounts, we would have to raise our prices, and someone who is trading or financing would not realize that there are additional savings available. However, there are certain circumstances when the online price can be honored without trading or financing.

The dealer upped the price of the vehicle by 2000 dollars by pointing out in the fine
print of the add that they charge 1000 dollars for financing and 1000 dollars for a
trade in neither of which I intended to exercise as an option. I would never do
business with these people as they are guilty of bait and switch practices that
should never be part of an internet presentation of goods for sale.

We list them directly in our vehicle description/notes on every vehicle. We do not practice 'bait and switch' tactics and like to be as up front and transparent as possible. I ended up buying this car from them. EVERYONE was exceptionally
nice and willing to work with me on everything. I didn’t want to drive
all the way out if I couldn’t get the car, so they worked with me over
the phone to work out all the details! Great experience!

They will sign you up for smartpaymentplan, and tell you that you will save
money by paying every two weeks and so on, but lead you to think you are
doing this through the financial company. Put what happens is this is a
third party company that has nothing to do with Chrysler capital or other
banks, it only takes the money from your account and they mail a check for
you at a very large fee. Now, they do not explain any of this to you at
dealership, it way for them to make more money. For example, for me the
extra fee was going to be almost $47.00 per month, and they charge a
$399.00 fee also to make your payments for you. In the long run I would
have been out $1,666.80 for this fee in 3 years, I can only image for people
that financial for 5 or more years, now understand this has nothing to do
with you interested rate for your loan that is fee for this third party company
only. When you financial a person is more then able to make payments for
themselves.

I was a little reluctant to deal here because of some of the reviews. But, my experience here was very good. Everyone was very friendly especially salesman named Barry and my salesman Casey was beyond friendly. I was happy with the way I was treated and the deal I got.

Will not return to this dealership. The salesman told me the advertised price I saw on line included $1,000 credit for a trade-in & a $1,000 credit for financing and since I was going to pay cash I couldn’t get the car for the online price. I had to pay $2,000 extra because I had cash. Ridiculous. Did not buy a car from them and I won’t.

We drove over an hour to go to the lot to look at a vehicle listed on
CarGurus and their website. I called and confirmed that car and price
earlier that day as well as the day before and made sure the price was
correct online. Once we got there and looked at the car they gave a
contract with a monthly payment that did not list a total cost and when we
asked the total price we found out that the price on the contract was
$4,000 higher than what I had confirmed earlier. They reported that there
were website errors and that it was not their fault and would not honor
the price that was on their website or even meet in the middle. I would
not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Was told to call on monday the get financing department started on the charger they had. Called on monday was told car sold on Saturday. Had someone call on Tuesday they was told was still available. Call back and was gave a let me check into it anwser ill call you back. Never heard from them again. Al was the used cars supervisor i dealt with.

Called asking them if I could come and look at a car. A salesman answered the phone and said he would be there when we got there. When we pulled up, there was no one there and the salesman never called back. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will tell everyone the terrible service we received there.
