I asked for an out- the-door quote. Salesperson said it was policy that quotes had to be made in person. When I said I understood the reason for the strategy, but didn't have time to run around town to gather quotes.... she reiterated it was store policy not strategy. Then said have a nice day, and hung up on me. The car price was the best value I could find - but I'd rather pay more money to work with another dealership. And am buying a car from a competitor.

This dealership has great customer service. I am still interested in the vehicle, however, I came down with tonsillitis, and I still am unable to come out to see the SUV. With that said, Mark knew my situation, and he sent me a video of the engine and the inside of the vehicle. How sweet is that. He even went as far as delivering excellent customer service through text because he knew it would hurt my throat to speak on the phone. I anticipate purchasing the vehicle from Mark as soon as I'm back on my feet, but I just wanted everyone to know how caring, kind, and professional the people at this dealership are.
