My husband thoroughly looked over the suburban, it looked pretty good. Then we test drove it for about 30 mins. The drive was great, but when we got back my husband again looked over the vehicle thoroughly and found an oil leak under the car. Apparently the dealership had their techs look at it again and noted that there was no leak. Later on in the week we had our son, who is a mechanic, test drive the vehicle and inspect it. He test drove the car longer than we did and found that the engine was shaking a bit and the check engine light came on. Again, the techs said that they did not experience the same thing. We decided not to purchase the vehicle.

I wish I had a better car shopping experience honestly. I’ve had a string of bad experiences and this one really topped it for me. I was communicating with a certain employee (I’ll leave out his name so I won’t bash anyone) and I came in to see and test drive this. I loved it and honestly wanted to buy it but there were small things that were red flags I couldn't ignore. When I told the sales person I will think on it he immediately got defensive. Asking several times why I will not buy the car over something so minor and to not listen to my own family member who informed me that it wouldn’t be a good purchase. The sales person tried to push me to buy so much after I refused and gave my reasons several times. I should have got up and walked away but he was very persistent. If this place could overlook small important things like all the fluids in the car being up to date and standard then it made me think what else they overlooked. At the end of it all they just really want to sell
