Car wasn’t as advertised, salesman Carl was pushy and rude. Car had a lot more wrong with it than expected and it wasn’t reported until I brought it up. Would seriously never come here again, Carl alone is a creep.

This place a waste of time. Salesperson showed up late, asked what I had to put down and tried to fleece me for twice as much for a car with over 100k miles! I went else where paid way less and got the same car,different color with only 56k. Don't waste your time here, they are not worth the effort.

Excellent pre-sale communication. Purchase price was clearly understandable and itemized. Don't let the store-front fool you. The two salesmen were quick and very easy to understand. They did not try to up-sell me on anything. I received a generous offer on my trade-in. There posting on auto sites was complete and accurate. Overall great experience for me. Try them if they have what you see on-line. If you have your paperwork ready, you will be in and out in less than one hour.

The staff was not helpful, and the price list was higher than advertised. They try to add all these fees to the car also. I would never buy a car from that dealership at all.

I have seen the car in CarGurus.set the appointment up with Apex.the customer service was great went in test drove everything was fine to my liking they was very assuring to get me in this car and they did very quick and smooth process No hassle.finance process was great as well.i have purchase 4 cars previously from different dealers I can honestly say I Never been in and out so quickly paperwork was simple and quick.Thk u CarGurus and especially Apex.
