I received a call from Tim at Gilchrist within a few hours of submitting my interest through CarGurus. I asked Tim if the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 was still available for purchase, he said it was and the rest is history. We discussed details regarding the truck and I decided to buy it. I didn't try to haggle because the price was insanely great and I figured there was no budging below $49,265. Tim did a great job talking me through the purchase process, and even held it for me so that I could fly from Colorado to Tacoma for a test drive. I flew to Tacoma, Tim picked me up from the airport and we drove to the dealership. I took the ZR2 Desert Boss for a test drive and was officially sold. Thanks again to Tim and the team at Gilchrist of Tacoma. They did a great job!

I would not recommend this dealership. Horrible service during the finance process. Waiting to get financing for a vehicle they sold the vehicle to someone else. The finance person was rude and condescending talked over me when I asked a question when I asked For clarification, he told me I was being rude and condescending. Our family was there for a business deal and he was very unprofessional turned out for the best for us. We went to another dealer and purchased a brand new Chevy trailblazer with half the interest rate he was offering us And a payment under our budget. I would think twice if I were you about using this dealership, they don’t deal with female customers very well.

Very quick & courteous response from dealer. Car is what I have been looking for. To far to travel to see it in person & maybe not like it.

Good at contacting me and maybe I should give them an extra star for actually having the vehicle. Several dealers in the area are leaving sold lower priced vehicles up on their website to gather leads. Truck needs a little work. Safety issue with the brakes and the tailgate will not open. Dealer not so fast on responding if they are going to fix these issues or try to sell as is.

So far so good, first online purchase will rate or adjust review upon pickup.

Good prices, but for a reason. These pictures are very selective let's say. I was looking at the 2015 Grand Cherokee and after talking with Joe for a week or so to this maybe 18 year old kid who doesn't know anything about the history of the car or even tire threads. The car has a dented and rusted passenger side fender, McDonald's wrappers still on the inside, and the car has been there for over 60 days according to Car Gurus.
