Worst experience we have ever had with attempting to buy a vehicle. Wrong physical address on website, did not give any information about vehicle when I called, just complained about her being the only person working and not having time to help me. Would not give this dealer my business no matter what vehicle they had on the lot!

Car has an engine light on when I checked it out. The salesperson didn’t really have any comment regarding the engine light. I left the place immediately.

The salesman, James, contacted me directly and worked with me over a few days to find the right car for me. Nice people to work with in sales and financing, and very responsive. The listing was accurate and all the cars I looked at were clean and sale ready. I would recommend Borgman.

They were advertising the wrong mileage by a long shot. They advertised it as 13k and it was actually 109k.The salesman was okay at best and seemed to be uninterested in selling a car.

Terrible experience with this dealership! I live ~1.5 hours away from dealership. I made an appointment to verify the car was still available before I left home. The car was being sold to someone else when I arrived to check in for my appointment!!

Great friendly sales person, took me on a video tour of the vehicle that caught my interest.

Salesperson was rude. I would not recommend buying a truck or car from them . I wanted to buy the hummer h3t, and I was told lots of incorrect info. After he told me incorrect facts on the truck. I was shopping for, he then said I had a attitude. And that if i wanted a truck from him , that i should be nicer to him. I guess that means listen to his lies? I sold cars for 10 yrs and I never treated a customer like that. EVER!!!!!!

Alyssa and Alec were awesome. We didn't get the Prius but we are purchasing from them. They worked on getting us the lowest interest. Lent us the car overnight to have it inspected before purchase and even gave us a ride. I have never had a more personal experience from an auto dealer and I have purchase from dealers before. Highly recommend them.

Great Experience with Alford Motors, I worked with Justin, he sent several videos of the Vehicle I was interested in, he was very honest, I bought it and had them ship it to Wisconsin. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with....and everything was just like they said. Very Happy Customer!

I decided against this truck bc I thought the price was entirely too high. Other than that I was treated with the utmost respect and didn’t feel pressured into anything.

Very few places treated me the way Alford Motors did. Even when my salesperson was tied up with another client,the other salespersons didn't try to steal his customer, but in fact got the keys to the vehicle sent me on my way and let my guy know what was going on. I was truly impressed with the way I was treated and the respect these people have for one another.. On top of that got a great car at a great price!!!
