They had us waiting over 7 hours to get the papers ready which should have been done, plus took advantage of us being in the rush to get back to work because we did not think we would be there for 7 hours. At the end they charged us $33,000 for the vehicle, which is the wrong price, plus all the insane fees they added to it that don’t make sense, plus the interest rate and the car added up to be $59,000. How does a car become $59,000 and double the price of what it’s worth? This is ridiculous!! It’s such a scam! Now they won’t even see me and are refusing to sit down with me to discuss all the insane charges. This dealership is horrible and full of unprofessional people."
