It is a very reliable car. I also like that it is rated poorly because they are cheap to buy. I have owned 3 escorts so far but am looking for a change in the near future. No need of repairs. Performance could use a little upgrades but Ford made it difficult to even put a header on. Appearance is great outside it looks very modern especially with the black headlights smoked and the trim all painted. Cost of ownership is around $1 a month so far and gets 35mpg going back and forth to work (very little highway) It is not really that fun to drive (automatic) but VERY reliable.

Good on performance low cost repairs low profile good on power great on handling and fuel economy no arm rest no very fun to drive for long periods of time max time for driving at one time is half hour no cruise control

This car gets pretty decent gas mileage, looks all right. really good turning radius and handling. Idles really loudly though, and is small, so no leg room.

This car gets you from A to B nothing special or fancy. It does the job.Does pretty good on gas,Has decent amount of foot room,nice size trunk.It just isnt very fast takes forever just to leave the light
