Overview
BMW’s lineup was once tiny, including only a handful of models, but things have changed. The automaker’s catalog has expanded, and a host of new models have shown up as a result. The 4 Series joined as a sleeker alternative to the 3 Series, and BMW eventually introduced the 440i in 2017 as the range-topping model. This is not to be confused with the current M440i, which took over as the top model in recent times. Though not marketed as a performance model, the 440i’s specs gave it hearty acceleration and plenty of power.
