“Great car”

I was amazed while I first drove this car. It was an amazing experience. Nice gear, well stylish exterior design, 1 to 5 trim levels - all these are well set which I loved most. The Toyota Prius is a new generation car and the power capacity is quite good. Overall, it's a good value car to have.

We do try to get to our used vehicles as fast as possible, but we didn't quite make it on this one. What a nice surprise. My husband could no longer get into our 2006 Ford Explorer so I started looking for a newer vehicle that was not as high. I saw a 2015 Explorer on Gresham Toyota website. I emailed and promptly received a call from Asia (salesperson not country), and she offered to bring the vehicle to our house. Long story short, she helped me get my husband into the vehicle and we took a road test. Within 6 hours I called her, she got the paperwork ready and we picked up a real gem before dinner. What better service could a person want!

This dealer list vehicles and if they have to go into service , they remove them from cargurus.com then I think it was sold but then a month later they re list it and by the time I go to the dealership which is 5 miles from my home the vehicle has been shipped to another lot. ? They could tell me in an email when I aquire about the SUV.

Sales person was considerate, easy to interact with by email, and generous with time when we came to look at car. Unfortunately car had been sold, and his sales manager was very insensitive, ignoring terms we had previously agreed upon, claiming a $2000 rebate was not available, trying to hard sell expensive extended warranties and various add ons, and pushing loans at an exorbitant rate. In just a few minutes he undid all of his salesperson's good work, leading to us to go to another dealer for purchase.
