They didn't finish the deal to my satisfaction nice Ppl though ! I paid for the car I liked when it came time to pick the car up. They told me it didn't pass inspection and needed a catalytic converter.That I needed to pay $1300 more dollars.This was after I paid in full for the car I told then I wanted my money back this is not good business in my opinion.

The vehicle they advertised did not have the options listed. There were indicators of a prior crash with body work being done to the front end despite the car be advertised as accident free. I was contacted no less then 6 times after I told them to NOT call me, the 4th caller was the "manager", calls didn't stop until I threatened to post on social media. We made our purchase at another dealer and received white glove treatment.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!! Advertising!!! Be very careful they will suck you in to sell you the cars they want to sell just to make there quoter!!! And I only gave them one star because I had to, to be able to post me review they deserve no stars! The car was not at all what it was advertise to be it didn’t have any of the features the dealer advertising it with! I drove 1hr 20mins to come and find out the car was nothing of what was posted except for the color.

Internet customer service was good at first so after taking about an hour drive on labor day out of the 3 employees I saw there nobody greeted me or offered to assist me so after about 15 minutes of looking at cars we left. Then I received a follow up email from Steven Wayne which I explained my recent visit and got a pacifying response basically saying I should have asked for help and not to take it personal. Thanks but no thanks I'll take me and my money elsewhere.

Contacted them about a car and received a call to come test drive, scheduled a time after work to drop by. They called me back a few minutes later to let me know that the pricing that they have was put up incorrectly and is $4000 more than I expected. I asked if there was anything they could do to the pricing since it was quoted at this price online and she told me there no way they could bring it down. How disappointing.

Like my local Nissan dealer, this one had too high a price for the car I was interested in. Later I saw them drop the price by almost $2000. I never went in person because I don't want to have to fight with a dealer all day to get a reasonable deal.

I sent a request to look at car. The sales guy called me 10:58 that night and told me car was still available. We talk and I told him I’ll be leaving in the morning and will see him after I pick up my daughter. Daughter and I drove to dealership and was met buy Gary the salesman I spoke with the night before. I must say this dealership is top notch and I will definitely buy from them again in the future. Thanks Team Faulkner Nissan! Daughter love her car!
