Was told this car was in excellent shape to lure us in knowing we were traveling over 40 mins to see the car. The sales person was in constant contact with me, we show up, another sales person came to tell us it was sold! I had just been in contact with the original salesperson.within 45 min and was told it.was available. She couldn't even tell me herself it sold, she had to send someone else because she knew we traveled for this car. I had also texted her double checking the correct dealership, she never responded. Now I know why. That is shady AND NOT how you do business. Besides the location is literally dangerous, I would give no stars. I should het reimbursed the $8 in tolls I had to pay because they didn't want to tell me it was sold but they already had their speech ready as soon as they said, well we have another one, yeah with triple the miles. Typical sneaky shady salespeople.

Great experience. Quick communication via email helped move things along. Sales associate, Dave, top notch as far as friendly and helpful in considering car verses other options at other dealers. Sales manager, all others we were in contact with at dealer also friendly and helpful. Not the largest dealer on the planet but it made the experience not as intimidating. Overall, we bought the car. Sent a message asking for photos, got an email with basic info I already knew from site. They emailed back a few times, but I said I was no longer interested because I hadn't received photos. I live a very long ways from this dealership and just needed more info before making that drive. They emailed again apologizing that they never received that inquiry, it was through car gurus, so maybe they didn't. However, they still didn't send photos and asked if there was anything else they could do. Overall they were fairly quick to respond. I'm sure if I were still interested they would get the photos to me.

worst dealer ever. Sealed a deal on line, confirmed by phone, went all way over ro Randolph to pay, signed papers, gave my credit card, agreed to pay entire amount then & there. After over an hour, the salesman says the manager said the deals off. Spoke to the manager, (who I have written confirmation for the deal) who said he wasn't selling me the vehicle. Obviously a bait & switch since I did not agree to his $500 for a trade in on my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer (1998). He had his number for the entire deal all the while. His rep Jeremy was supposed to return my call or email 2 weeks later to see if another vehcle was available. Guess what? Nada! No reply! Nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! BBB of NJ is being contacted.
