Car sold on first day listed so only a brief encounter. I was asked what else I might be interested in but I told the rep I only wanted. 2003-05 Tbird. Rep was friendly, professional and courteous. Unfortunately the listing is still up despite the fact that the car sold on the first day listed.

Internet customer service was good at first so after taking about an hour drive on labor day out of the 3 employees I saw there nobody greeted me or offered to assist me so after about 15 minutes of looking at cars we left. Then I received a follow up email from Steven Wayne which I explained my recent visit and got a pacifying response basically saying I should have asked for help and not to take it personal. Thanks but no thanks I'll take me and my money elsewhere.

Contacted them about a car and received a call to come test drive, scheduled a time after work to drop by. They called me back a few minutes later to let me know that the pricing that they have was put up incorrectly and is $4000 more than I expected. I asked if there was anything they could do to the pricing since it was quoted at this price online and she told me there no way they could bring it down. How disappointing.

Dealer called me back and asked a few questions. I told her my grandma needed a new car so that’s why I was looking and that we could come see it. She changed her whole attitude and started saying that someone else was interested but she’ll call if that deal goes through. Now I see the car is still up and dropped in price but no call. Oh well!
