I love almost everything about it and would highly recommend it. After reading many online reviews, I must say that I wasn't disappointed when I drove it in person. Purchase experience was fantastic. Can't say enough good stuff about it. Open Road Mazda in Morristown, NJ was great.

When contacting a dealer you are able to ask one of 3 questions. The question that I wanted to know was "what is your lowest price?" Not only did I not get a different price then what was already listed on line but 7 days later I am still receiving at least 3 emails a day from them. I requested information on a vehicle that I did not get, I didn't ask to get bombarded with emails. I understand that this is their job but there is a reason people do things on line as to not have to deal with pushy car dealerships in person. If I was that interested I would have contacted them back. I will contact them if there is something that I want to actually look at. I give them 3 stars for the promptness in responding to my request.

The carfax did not even match up. There were two pages that stated the car was different colors. If they thought I did not see that, they need to think again and come clean.They were not willing to budge at all in price. The car was smelly. The salesman, Chris, was an OK guy, but the dealership in general left a sour taste in my mouth. My son and his friend went to inspect the car and they were pretty much told to leave because they found many issues. Their offer was just under 9,000 out the door. The day after I said no, the car dropped from 7,999 to the current list of 6,995. This proves that dealing with these dealerships is brutal. I would never go here or recommend this place to anyone.

Car had mechanical issue with engine not sure if it was the injectors engine sputtering salesman agreed he felt engine issue i told him to bring down price 1000 would not go down in price i told him if he brings it down i would be responsible for the repair of engine 11,500 was my final bid with issue the person who makes the decision on price would not go down so i walked away i have purchased before from sansone 2 cars . 1 only 4 months ago but still they have no customer loyalty was a wasted trip paid tolls from ny for nothing .......sansone work with your loyal customers better
