They responded the next day and was very professional. I ended up brought a brand new car there instead.

Our sales man Frankie was great. Beware though, there are others up there that want to sneak in extras into the price. They’re not good about giving upfront pricing. They are very hesitant to give you itemize pricing. It took over 6 1/2 hours to buy a car. It wasn’t our salesman‘s fault it was his higher-ups. Gabriel in the finance department was also very helpful. In the end my mother got a car that she really likes.

I got a response the same day from someone there, so I asked if he would be in on Saturday for me to come see the car. I didn’t get a reply until Sunday from someone else. By then I had already made a purchase with another dealer.
