Matt is an awesome salesman and will go out of his way for customers and a sale truly amazing and there for each customer...Unfortunately I didn’t go through with the sales after speaking with Cliff, he wasn’t that receptive to my request and car needs I had nor did the response to explaining service/warranty agreements he made me feel like there was no time for me...Cliff is no Matt! I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately the vehicle was sold. But I am trying to send my son there for his next vehicle . Tyler is a pleasure to work . If they have a vehicle you like don’t hesitate .

Two people responded quickly and did try to help me and were very up front and honest about the vehicle I was looking at.

I drove an hour and a half to look at a used f250 from them. When I got there the truck was a complete piece of crap after they told me it was in good condition. The truck was leaking oil all over the ground, the shocks were all blown, missing the front driveshaft and was about rusted through the frame. I would never buy anything from them. The salesman was very dishonest and had a bad attitude when I asked him why they told me the truck was in good condition when it was about to fall apart.

They sent two or 3 emails but never answered my question?

Recommend everybody buys a vehicle from Mr. Starkey! Made me feel right at home from the minute I shook his hand.

Set up an appointment to view a car but it was sent off for servicing the morning of our meeting without notice. Very disappointed but ultimately not a bad experience.

Responded promptly to my inquiry. They answered all my questions, and we're pleasant enough to deal with. I did not purchase the vehicle because it was a 2 owner car but had been listed as a 1 owner on cargurus.

Car purchase was great afterwards find out the emergency blade key isn't cut, told my sales manager to get it and they will reimburse. Now noone will return my calls . Id go anywhere else before doing business here again.
