I had an appointment set up to buy the car. Before I went on the test drive with the salesmen Larry. The Sales Manager Alan came and approached me at the car. He informed me that someone else wanted to purchase the same car. The person didn't have a deposit on the car. So when I returned Alan was very rude and told me someone else had put money down while I was on my test drive. Alan was very rude and unprofessional. I called left a message with Bob Tasca Jr without a returned call. Yet I still see the same Cadillac on the web that was suppose to be sold. I wouldn't recommend Tasca Ford to anyone

Big runaround. Never had a discussion with salesman, that didn't result in him trying to sell me a new F350, even though I told him several times, I only wanted used. Last straw, called me to look at 2012 F350 long bed. When I got there, truck was on lift having complete brake job, with two new front calipers. Plus it was a short bed, advertisement of prior owner still on door. He personally told me the truck was never in an accident, I personally found evidence of prior damage of the right rear fender, just like my accident inspect report said. I didn't tell him I had one, though. Then, he said " O.K.,O.K. , so we know you aren't buying this one. What's next? I've got some real nice looking 2015's to look at." I realized then that he was playing me with "Bait and Switch". I feel that he could've had that truck ready to go much earlier than the day he called me to come look at it. Which just happened to be the last day of the month that he made reference to, two days earlier. I left. I will never do business with this company in any way, shape, or form. This place gets the lowest possible rating I could give. Stay away. I do NOT recommend this place.
