I made a few inquiries through e-mail. Quick response. I scheduled a test drive. I already knew what I wanted when I went in, so everything was pretty easy. Everything went smoothly from test drive to signing the papers. There was no pressure. I went in three times over two weeks. Test drive, financing and signing, and pickup. They allowed me to go at my own pace. I was in contact with the sales guy throughout. But that was on me. Know what you want to look at ahead of time, know your budget, apply for a bank loan ahead of time to compare rates, and know your credit score! Overall great experience and a great price!

We ended up purchasing our Transit 150 XLT from over two thousand miles away from this dealership. The sales manager and sales team were highly responsive, and actually made the buying process far less of a hassle than any other dealership experience I've ever had in the past- no pressure, no silly B.S. sales tactics.
