My sales person, Keith and I agreed on a purchase price of $37,500 which was reported to cargurus. Somehow the finance guy increased the sale price by $895.00. I did not realize it until I got the finance paperwork from Chase Auto which was about 5 days later. I called the salesperson Keith and he said he did not know the sale price we agreed to and I should contact the finance guy Sing. I left him a message but no response. I will not trade with Shottenkirk anymore.

Did the deal online and went to get the truck and everything went without any delays. From the Sales Manager, Salesman and the Finance Officer was a total prime example of an excellent buying experience. Thanks Mall of Georgia Ford.

I didn't appreciate the fact that as I got there to look at the 2015 Kia Sedona which I made an appointment a day before to look at and test drive. Soon as I got there the salesman said it was sold. They didn't call to notify me to let me know that it sold just a text confirming my appointment to check out the 2015 Kia Sedona LX.

Complete bait and switch - first off they don't even have this vehicle. Second they want to add in fees, Third they won't honor the price. Worst car dealer on the planet

First time I ever received a video response that I thought was very professional and impressive! I actually received two responses (one video and the other e-mail) from the dealership. Problem is they can't answer the question initially imposed, the checkbox seems to be only a way for contact.

Price of this truck was 10,999 when I first checked. Contacted them and was told that it was a fleet truck and I could not purchase at this price unless I purchased multiple trucks.

They have reached out and confirmed for me to come in. Me not going has nothing to do with them

I contacted them only with email with some questions and they responded and after that I gave them my phone number. From there I scheduled a test drive and drove 4 hours and drove it home. Well pleased!

Overall pleased. Should have nailed down exact price before driving 100 miles. They added some kind of dealer coverage for $1900 that did not show on the online price tag. But I still got a Carguru “great price”. Love the Escape.
