"The email response was very warm and friendly. I visited the dealership and did not feel the warm and friendly experience in person. I walked the property and found the van. I was very pleased with the looks of the van. However, as I checked out the van and a second van, I felt un welcomed as the sales persons watched from afar as I looked at the two Van's (which was separated by several vehicles) and never approached to ask if I need assistance. I was there for about fifteen to twenty minutes; enough time for my husband to change my mind. I was hoping for a sales person to approach, but no one seemed interested. I will continue to search and perhaps if I visit a second time, I may receive a warm friendly welcome. "

"Worked on a deal for 5 days which started on a
Saturday, after finalizing my loan and faxing paperwork
over on Tuesday and bank spoke with salesman
(Dustin). Come Wednesday both the bank and I called
Dustin to verify the paperwork had been received but no
answer let alone a call back. On the 5th day I called
again to only be notified they sold the truck out from
underneath me, along with the manager telling me
"they're in the car selling business" and that "he didn't
know what to tell me". They didn't seem to give 2 cares
about how they handled the situation just as long as
they got to sell a truck "right now". Absolutely poor
service. "
