New Chevrolet Blazer for Sale in Pensacola, FL

Poor customer service. Im sure every vehicle thats comes in there has a full inspection done on it. I drove 2 1/2 hrs off their word that nothing was wrong with the truck. After driving 2 1/2 hrs there I realize the sun roof does not work an the windshield has two running cracks that was never mentioned. Instead of working with the customer on getting these things fix the best they could do was tell me to fill it on my insurance an my warranty

I called and set an appointment to view this car. I also emailed. I called to confirm 30 minutes before my appointment and was told it was sold. No courtesy call! Bait and switch was their plan. Called back and told them I would never do business with them!

Called about the listing. Salesman said he would check on the used car listed. Never called me back. I drove from Pensacola to Atmore snd the jeep is not there. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....,,EVER.

I inquired about the car, which was shown to be over $1,0000 higher in price than a good deal. I brought this to their attention and asked if they could bring their price in line. I was told they could not, and their dealership does not finance vehicles in that price range. That’s the last I heard from them.

Outstanding customer service. I did not invest in this vehicle. To my disappointment, many of the vehicles I researched with VIN number, including this 2015 Transit, have opened recalls.

Started off great then the car disappeared and showed up three days later on another site still in MS except a town down the road, same pictures at same Dealership and when you click directions same place. Got a bit of a run around. However Collin was very accommodating.

Flew in from Oklahoma to by truck. Truck wasn’t what was advertised in ad, Nor was truck presentable to sell, glove compartment broken, truck dirty on inside. And sells manager lacks people skills. He didn’t introduce his self nor did offer a ride back to airport once I decided not to do business with them. Had to call a Uber. Coast Chevrolet is for there customers, there all about making a sale.
