They were way overpriced (according to the bank and it’s value) and did not work with me at all. I will not waste my time or money going there when I have other dealerships negotiating with me through phone and text.

Drove 3 hours was told that the vehicle was very clean well maintained. Got to the dealership. The vehicle was filthy. Hadn't been cleaned. Said they would detail it the day we bought it. Who can wait around for that and the vehicle was modified and they didn't tell us. We wasted an entire day of 7 hours driving

Poor customer service. Im sure every vehicle thats comes in there has a full inspection done on it. I drove 2 1/2 hrs off their word that nothing was wrong with the truck. After driving 2 1/2 hrs there I realize the sun roof does not work an the windshield has two running cracks that was never mentioned. Instead of working with the customer on getting these things fix the best they could do was tell me to fill it on my insurance an my warranty

I called and set an appointment to view this car. I also emailed. I called to confirm 30 minutes before my appointment and was told it was sold. No courtesy call! Bait and switch was their plan. Called back and told them I would never do business with them!

Did not address my one and only question concerning price. At no time was my original question answered, would they consider lowering their price (as your interogrtory specifies for submitting "their" lowest price. They however, did continue to contact me, but without ever mentioning lowering prices.

I had an awesome experience with Ross Downing. I had looked at this vehicle online being that I live 2 hours away and sent the finance application in and was able to do everything over the phone! Alexis was great and the finance guy John that I talked to was very thorough!! They even delivered the vehicle to me which was amazing!! I will definitely be recommending these folks!!
