Dealer emailed me, but some how could not respond. But they kept emailing me asking for my phone number I gave it to them but they kept emailing me asking for it again and again. I don't think they read any emails at all.

I didn't end up buying from them as I didn't quite get the price I wanted. However, I found them to be responsive, cordial and forthcoming with an "out the door" quote. The vehicle was sold to someone else and I feel I probably should have pulled the trigger after reviewing other offers ...maybe next time.

Took my information, done a credit check, sold the vehicle the next day and didn't even have the respect to contact me and let me know! Customer service was really about greed!

My contact with Craig in sales was an awesome experience. He was very informative in regards the CT6 that I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, we could couldn't agree to the final purchase price point. But they were my second choice had I not went through with my purchase of my CT6 from another dealer.

We visited Hill Cadillac . I purchased 2016 CTS 3.6 all wheel drive however when we purchase vehicle we were promised a shirt and hat and weather mats. we received the weather mats no hat no shirt as promised would not visit this dealer again.

The experience was extremely unfriendly. Management made me feel like i did not belong at the store. Made me an offer on my trade for $500.00 without seeing my 2008 Yukon truck. At this point i had enough of what felt like, the fact that i was an black man; that i was unwelcome. I'm reaching out to all black people, please, do not bring your business to this all white establishment!!!!
