Very responsive and helpful

I had pre-approved financing through Navy Federal but was told I can't use it because they require out of state buyers to pay with cash. I requested the salesperson have the manager contact me. The manager sent me an email, I explained the issue and his response was "call me Monday" I called Monday, left a voice message and never got a call back. I've never had to work that hard to try and buy a car.

Two sales persons responded and one is following up helpfully.

They were amazing. We never made a deal, but they disclosed newly discovered issues with the car that would soon cause problems. They refused to sell me the car knowing it would break down.
