I have nothing but positive remarks to say about them. I received a quick reply. We discussed by email then called them myself. No pressure. My dealer, Glenn, worked hard to meet my price. We compromised to make a deal that I drove 2 hours to finish. Mark assisted and I am well pleased

Dealer did respond and has messaged again since original request for information. I appreciate them not being too aggressive. I have not purchased a vehicle yet. Will revisit the dealer in person to negotiate a deal.

It was a bad experience..I thought the car was sold to me because verbally the sales person said it was my car.I live several hours away ,but contacted him to tell him I had the cashiers check for the 6000 and was on my way& he congratulated me.As I was getting on the highway he called me back to tell me he had bad news for me..Some one else was sold the car.It was not the experience I expected.

The mini cooper does not have a sun roof as stated on cargurus; I am not sure who (dealer or car gurus) is responsible for mistake - this feature is significant to me
