Transaction to buy the car was smooth and easy. My salesperson, Dan Berry, did an excellent job of getting me in and out of the showroom with my new car in record time. He was easy to work with and did not try to upsell me. He took me on a tour of the service area, and even took a picture of me with my new car. I got a tutorial of the features of the car, satellight radio was activated and my cell phone set up on Bluetooth. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta and Dan.

Great dealing with Ramona, but after having someone check the car. the interior color was not what I wanted. We did haggle over a few hundred dollars, but it is normal dealer actions. This dealer can be trusted!!

Not great. All I received were template emails. My questions were never answered. When I reached out to the Sales Manager on this, the salesman left me a phone message & explained to me why I was wrong instead of apologizing for the miscue & moving on. Subpar service. Have gone elsewhere to look for a vehicle.
