Called to inquire about a truck; informed truck was there but couldn't find
the keys; arrived 20 (+/-) minutes later still no keys and manager wasn't
answering the phone; also informed that the vehicle I inquired about was
about $1,500 more than I saw online. Waited another 20 minutes, still no
keys so left.

The experience was okay. We did end up purchasing a vehicle
from this dealership. The sales associate we worked with was
some what efficient, though the day of the purchase he proved
difficult to get a hold of while we were tying up loose ends. He
seemed a little clueless or out touch. We are, however, pleased
with our purchase.

Brought the car sight unseen over the Internet and had to drive 3 hours from Chicago to pick it up. On the drive up received a call saying that the check engine light came on while prepping the car. They took the car to the BMW dealer in Grand Rapids and discovered that the ECU needed replaced at a costs of $1500. Preferred picked up the costs but the car wouldnt be ready until following day. They brought me a tank of gas, I drove my old car back to Chicago, and delivered my new car to my office less than 24 hours later. It is rare that someone goes above and beyond to this degree. I would highly recommend shoping Preferred for your next new or used car!
