Reached out online for more information and to be put in touch with someone from sales. Exchanged several emails with a “customer retention specialist” who could only ask for my phone number and when I wanted to stop in or to make a VIP appointment (what does that even mean!?!). Why have that position? If I wanted to call and talk to someone I could just call! Vehicle listing is inaccurate, stock photos mixed in with actual photos. Top of the line model described, but a mid range model is pictured. Don’t bother with their online stuff, it just directs you to stop in or call.

Sales rep replied via email right away. Did not answer all of my specific questions at first but did the second time. They emailed a follow up message. No problems, very professional. Still interacting with them even though a long distance away.

They did not answer my questions in the e-mail they sent me. Although they did give me contact information (their phone number, e-mail address) in the e-mail that they sent me, they still did not answer any of my questions. But as I am shopping and not ready to buy, by not answering my questions it makes me question if I want to make the trip to examine the vehicle. (Typical car sales person )Also, no pictures in their listing.

The dealer and their team contacted me right away and let me know that the car I was looking at was no longer available. We set up a time for me to go meet with their sales team to see if they have something else that might work for us. Thanks ! : )

Emailed me to call them. When I did he said the car was sold. Then told me he would get back with me on some other stuff he may be able to find. It's a bait to get you to come to their lot.

Took several days and emails from me to get a "customer retention specialist" to get back to me. I told them I was interested! I made 1 request to get 1 person to go walk around the car while talking to me to seal the deal. After 2 more days I find out the car is gone. I still get messages about my info request on a new car I never looked at or had any interest in. Needless to say I am not happy.

Poor dealing at this dealership.. Appallingly sub-par finance manager division.. Light years away from being the kind of dealership they pretend to be on paper and internet.. All smoke and mirrors.. Buyer totally beware!!!

They made me set up an appointment to see the hummer and then it was not there when I came to see it. I sat at the dealership waiting for about 45 minutes before they brought the hummer for me to test drive. My appointment was with the manager and he did not give me the time of day. Wasted my lunch break.

They wasted my time. Steve tried to help but Jessie just simply would not negotiate with me. His idea of negotiating was to find a bank that would loan enough money for his price. Very unprofessional. Did learn I like Acadia's a little better though. I however will not be going back.

Missed a call, called dealer back, no dice. I went to check vehicle over the weekend, it has some sort of dark tape on all four wheels. Exterior mirror bezels, instead being satin, there are several big spots touched-up with the black paint marker. Trunk lid is nicked on the bottom two corners. Where the grill meets the hood, the body is shifted, meaning the car sustained some sort of damage to the front end. Head lights are hazy. I do not want to know in what mechanical condition the car is, but YOU may. Understandably, this is a used car and is pristine no more.

I submitted a credit application which took them 3 days to work on. I had to make several calls to reach out to someone to get status on my application. Come to find out, the vehicle wasn't even in Grand Rapids as advertised, it was in Westland. As a last ditch effort, because my son wanted this vehicle, I called & asked to speak with a manager & was transferred to Chris DiBartolo who was very helpful & took care of everything in an hour. He had the vehicle transported from Westland, MI to Grand Rapids. The dealership is just under 2 hours away from where we life, so I wanted to make sure we had all our ducks in a row. Chris took care of everything and because of him, I would probably buy from them again.

I called the dealer at 9:30am to view a car at 12:30 the same day. I QUOTE "it looks like that car is still available. We'll have it ready and parked for you to test drive when you arrive". Guess what? I arrive and they "can't find" the car. "It looks like it sold, but it doesn't say when it sold". Uhm. So it sold in three hours? I live 10 minutes away and you have me down for a test drive. CALL ME and cancel it then! They then tried to get me to test drive and purchase several cars well outside my budget after repeatedly telling them my criteria and they ignoring me or trying to get me to change my mind. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They will only waste your time and frustrate you.

Havent bought a car from Todd Wenzell but i browsed a few 2001 and 2002 Denali's and Tahoe's their customer service is great make you feel comfy. And they are willing to negotiate on their prices .

Not great internet experience, found a car and called to get more info. Scheduled a next day pick up time. Car sold that afternoon prior to them taking an earnest deposit. Tried selling me another vehicle very similar but higher mileage. Should have called me to get deposit if they had another interested party and not try to provide info on different vehicle! Also, need to do a much better job taking sold cars off website. 2-3 days can move a lot of inventory. Would not recommend this dealer if you aren't a local customer.

didnt get this one. got an Envoy. had it 1 hr and tranny blew. bought $5000 as is...they gave me $500 towards a $1500 fix...its been 3 weeks my payment is due and i have not been able to even drive it yet.......

Drove to the GR dealership & "couldn't find" the car I was interested in. Told me it was at Hudsonville location, so I drove there & once again "couldn't find it." Called the salesman I'd talked to & he called me back twice in about a 15 minute span of time saying he was still looking. Never heard back. Very shady & wasted a lot of my time. Would never go back there & will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Wendy Wierckz was awesome and knows how to treat customers. However, the experience at the end with waiting to meet the sales manager, was annoying and unnecessary. You should really change those tactics and just do the best you can for the customer. You didn't have what I was looking for, but I must say that you have a great employee in Wendy as she knows how to treat customers.

Frustrating when dealers don't post their pricing and or pictures of the car just because they want to get you to their showroom . I want to know price and see pictures to decide if it's even a car we want to take the drive for. Dealers not foreclosing with info
