Response from dealer is fast and the follow up potential customers. I didn't went for their car but appreciated their continuous follow up.

The Passport Mazda management was very timely in their follow up responses to our needs and made the whole Jeep Liberty purchase as smooth as they could - we appreciate their assistance in our vehicle purchase.

Actually a couple of salesmen responded and was very pleasant, truck ended up getting sold but it was a good experience.

Overall satisfying experience...however, very long wait for the 'one' available finance person.

The dealer responded promptly, answered all of my questions honestly, listened to all of my needs and worked out a great price for me on a great car. They even delivered the car to me and I live about an hour away. 2nd car I have purchased from Passport and I would definitely do it again

The dealer contacted me and said the price which is lot higher than CarGurus listing price. When I asked for the clarification about this, they said the car is sold out. Still they didn't removed this listing, they are following this trick to lure the customers. Don't get in to the trap !

Our experience was pleasant and did not feel pressured. The salesman was very friendly and made us feel at home. Though we did not end up buying the vehicle, we would definitely go back to them if and when they have a vehicle of our liking.

they don't pick their calls or return their calls. or even call you to talk to you once you miss the their first call.

Gave vague discounts over the phone and never give specific information.. Only want you to walk in.. I requested a used specific model. They didn't even answer my question and suggested a new car with discounts on their already overpriced online pricing.

Offered a great deal as they were attracting business to their new showroom. Test drive and buying process were very friendly. They offered a competitive "no haggle" price that they stood firm on.

1 email, no call, asked a specific question, no response, bought elsewhere, this was my 2nd choice, was going to travel, to see car, but after 5 days, no call and a generic email.

Reached out initially but then stopped communication when I wasn't interested in leading options.

I clicked on the link to ask the dealer to contact me and within 30 minutes Blake, the Internet Sales Mgr. called me. We made arrangements for me to see the car I was interested in the following day. Blake told me a salesperson named Tonya would contact me to set up the meeting. I heard from Tonya via email and phone within an hour and we set up a meeting time. I told Tonya that the dealer was farther away from my office than I thought and I had to get back to work so I would need to move quickly when I got there. When I arrived at the dealer the next afternoon, Tonya had the car right out in front and ready to drive. We immediately jumped in the car and took it for a test drive. Tonya was knowledgeable about the car and its features so things were going well. On the way in the dealer I saw a new car that I liked a little better so I asked about it and I said I was ready to make a move on either car but if I preferred the new one, but only at a certain price. Those negotiations took 2 minutes as I made a fair offer and it was accepted. I made it clear I did not want the "hard sell" on those extended warranties, etc. because I needed to get back to work. Tonya definitely gave her co-workers a heads up on that as I went to the finance, wrote my check, signed some papers and the deal was done. Only one issue remained- I had no way of driving the car back home so Tonya talked with Blake and they offered to have some people from their team bring me the car and sure enough, the car arrived just when I asked for it to be delivered- right on time. I can't say enough about the people at Passport Mazda. They did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. Tonya is terrific at her job, she knows her job inside and out and she communicated very well the whole time, right up until the car was delivered. Perfect transaction from start to finish. Great job Passport team!
