Had a great experience at North Park Lexus! My salesperson, Tiffany is a real go getter! Her assistant Garrett is very knowledgeable and helpful. The General Manager, Mr. Bridges is very customer service oriented and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When it was time for me to pickup my vehicle it was clean and ready to go, I will be buying my next wehicle from them. I highly recommend this dealership.

this car was not available. However we did purchase a Lexus from North Park Lexus. The agent we worked with Said, was very helpful. He provided information about the features of the car and the warranty associated with this. After listening to all the information he provided we decided to purchase the Lexus Thanks Said, we really like the car. The purchasing process was easy but with all purchases the process takes time. Oscar, the financial officer, made the financial process easy especially working with our credit union. The overall experience with North Park Lexus was excellent thanks to Said and Oscar. We are very please with our Lexus.

Tiffany was outstanding! This was not the car buying experience I was accustomed to every 4 years. There was no back and forth haggling. The vehicle was priced right. My trade was valued appropriately and it was a smooth transition out of my old and into my New in a matter of 150 minutes or less. Fantastic help from Joey, her assistant on electronic details of the vehicle. I would never go elsewhere for a Lexus!

We have looked around dealers in Houston and got no luck. We saw an interesting one, but the car was from North Park Lexus San Antonio. We were hesitated at first because it took time just to drive to S.A. We emailed to Tiffany, and she responded immediately and provided every detail of the car. We decided to drive there to test the car because it was the best deal so far, and we did not get disappointed. The car was in very good condition, Tiffany is great, the team was nice and friendly as well, we've also got a little bit discount. We finally took the car. Two nice tech guys delivered the car to my house few days later and brought all the papers with them for us to sign. We also received call, thank you card. It was a very good customer service and most important the car was good, the price was good as well.

This is a typical used car place -- they're all very polite and friendly, but everything takes forever because they have their procedures they have to go through: the salesman has to consult with the credit department, who consults with management, who then tells sales what to say. I've seen much worse, though.

Great service. But, front desk staff is not the best, didn't insure the salesman heard their page and left me waiting for a while. Once the salesman walked back in from outside, they didn't let him know I was waiting. They were too busy laughing and flirting with some other workers.

Really not much to rate. After I inquired about the vehicle I got a form e-mail telling me how great some lady was at her job. I then requested a price for the car no less than 3 times. All my messages went unanswered. I received a follow-up form e-mail asking if I needed anything else. I wasted a little more time and again asked for the price. I was again ignored. I'm not sure how to buy a vehicle without knowing the cost. The salesperson talked a good game but provided no results.
