Never answered my questions, just wanted to get me in door to strongarm. I'm sure that the used truck they have would "not be for me" but they would help me get into a brand new one. Feels like the classic bait and switch.

Bummer, I got there the car was everything I wanted but, it was not cleaned, the interest rate was way too high and they weren't interested in my trade in, so for a car that sells for $21,499 you have to be out of your mind to pay $34,000 for it. Bummer man bad deal.

After failing to get a deal done with a car on their lot, the manager was very disrespectful and told me what I could and couldn't afford in my car shopping process. Instead of going out of his way to find me a vehicle and make sure he got my business, he pushed me away. I will not be purchasing my vehicle through Napleton Ellwood City.

They knew before I drove up there what price range and type of vehicle I wanted when I got there I was told they don't have anything that fits my requirements. The salesman was great it was everyone else that gave me the false information just to get me in their lot won't ever buy anything there for sure

Truck was advertised as "good condition" Rust on doors and rockers was poorly repaired and in most places merely painted over. Vehicle would require major rust repairs within 3 months,

Had an appointment to see vehicle and finish credit app. On Monday and found out it was sold Saturday. Had a 2 1/2 hour trip one way but wasn't told it had been sold. Total disrespect and unprofessional. Their response was maybe we can find you something else. Um no
