The dealer was quick to respond but truck was priced, listed and test-driven before it had been cleaned or checked out by their mechanics. After detailing, it's still pretty dirty but that's easily resolved. However, it's taken about a week to get all the mechanical issues sorted out even after their mechanics made some repairs. Mullinax has a return policy of a 5-day, 300 mile. Being in that window, once I identified the last mechanical issue, the service shop took on the repairs at no cost to me. I would recommend Mullinax but I would also encourage anyone who buys a used vehicle anywhere to ensure they have a short term return policy so you can have the vehicle checked out by a trusted third-party mechanic.

We ended up going with another vehicle elsewhere bc the X1 wasn't big enough for us but Mike helped us here and did a good job. They had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived, which is great considering we were down here from Alaska shopping for a car and were very limited on time. The car was CLEAN, gassed up and ready to test drive. Mike was friendly but limited in knowledge of the vehicle. We spoke to a mechanic who was able to answer more of our questions. I would feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Mike was friendly and low pressure.

I bought a Toyota Corella 2010 from Mullinax Ford in Olympia. The day after I got it the card died because the battery was bad. Mullinax Ford installed a new battery. The car is fine now.

Juan Rodriquez at Mullinax Ford was awesome to work with. He is patient with all of our questions. Juan researched everything we needed to have confirmed about the car we are looking for. Juan is very accessible and responds quickly to phone calls or text messages asking for assistance. Nice job!

Car was not ready to show. Keyed doors my name my name was etched in the drivers side window and they didn't have a title. I would never buy from them and will tell my "ford" friends buy elsewhere.

I work with Juan. He was great. I didn't feel pressured and I drove 3 different cars in the evening and he didn't once try to hurry me along even though we were getting close to closing time. They were very up front and honest with information.
