Dealer contacted me after I inquired within a few minutes. They were up front about details of the truck I would have missed. They were willing to help me get the vehicle despite being halfway across the country. Very friendly. Very reasonable!

The Salesman withheld valuable information on the phone which would have prevented a 2 hour drive round trip to see a truck priced at full market value that had surprise rust, a surprise missing bumper, and a surprise faulty transmission!! Thanks Rob! If you had taken the time to go out and look at the truck after we spoke this never would have happened. Not impressed with the customer service. Maybe good for folks who live in the middle of nowhere buying new but pails in comparison to the competition in Manchester and Concord.

Amazing Amazing Amazing. I can’t even tell you how great these guys are. Josh, Ken and Jared went above and beyond for me, made me feel very confident, and didn’t juice me on the price of the car. These guys even delivered to car to me in another state to make things easier for me. I was just going to attach my plates and drive it home, but they offered to drive it to me so I wouldn’t run into any issues even had it fully detailed for me again after I bought it. Great bunch of guys. Honest, fair, & upfront with any and all issues where as other places I’ve been to say whatever they need just to get you into the door. I would give Monadnock Ford 10 stars all around if they let me go past 5.

Fantastic car buying the experience! I wish the dealership were closer to my home so I could try their service department. I was looking for a C-Max hybrid Energi and I drove a good distance to see one that was fairly priced. I am so glad I did! Rountree Ford is stocked with a large inventory of hybrids and plug-in hybrids. These folks are passionate and knowledgeable about what they sell. What also sets them apart is how well they treat their customers. When you walk into a car dealership you are facing one of the biggest purchases most of us will make in the next five years or so. It was wonderful to appreciated and respected in that way. No pressure. Clear information. Questions patiently answered. I am thrilled. I called and spoke to Matt, the sales manager before I arrived. He put me with salesperson, Jason. That was it. Jason handled everything. I knew there would be a little wiggle room in the price due to a couple of factors. We agreed on a price that made us both happy. He handled all the paperwork. I didn't get shuffled off to an aggressive finance guy! He left me a couple of times to get the details handled and got me a better rate than AAA. I take delivery tomorrow. I am thrilled! This was a great place to buy a car. An exceptional place to buy a hybrid. I will come back.

I went to the dealership, drove the car, did a credit app, and was ready to buy the car for the advertised price of 12,087. Salesman came back and said someone had called in from the internet ad and bought the car. The next day and since then, the car is listed for 1800 more. In the middle of the transaction they raised the price. Will never buy a car there and niether should you.

After a 3 1/2 hour drive they would not even look at my offer in less I drove the truck. After I drove the truck my sale person was only able to take 200.00 off the price of the truck I was interested in. No trade or financing . I give the sale person 5 stars she did a great job helping me. But sale Manager Clearly had some issues with me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

In order to ensure customer satisfaction with every vehicle, including our new Ford and Lincolns, every customer is required to complete a test drive of the vehicle that they intend to purchase.  In this particular case the customer had interest in a 2011 Ford F350 Supercab diesel with 66,000 miles.  Certainly every customer that intends to spend their hard earned dollars should experience the vehicle to make sure that it fits their wants, needs and budget.  If after a test drive the customer would like to purchase the vehicle, then and only then will our staff negotiate the sale of a vehicle.

We drove 2 hours to go see a vw they had. (Borrowed a car paid a baby sitter) We knew it was "as is" but we were told we could drive it around the parking lot (that led us to believe it ran.) We got there and the keys were locked in the car( I got them out by opening the back door) then the car wouldn't stay running. The guy flooded the car trying to repeatedly start it, then told us he'd drop the price $100 if we paid $100 and got a supreme AAA membership and they would tow it from Swanzey Nh to Pittsfield Ma for free (why would I buy a car that doesn't run)... Or we could sign the paperwork and buy the car then they would bring it into the shop and try to see what was wrong. Are we sure we don't want a car that was $1600 more than we were going to buy this one for? Or why not try to finance a car? If I wanted to finance a car or buy one that didn't run I wouldn't have driven 2 hours. All together it was a waste of time and money for us. I don't know how a real dealership has someone working for them that was as useless as this guy was. I was very dissatisfied with the visit.

This was an unfortunate circumstance for this particular customer and is one of the main  reasons that Rountree Ford does not sell many wholesale vehicles to the public.  The vehicle was cleaned and fueled to show to the customer.  When the customer arrived the vehicle did not start, to our surprise, as it was just fueled at the station that is located a few miles from the dealership.  The salesperson apologized to the customer for the inconvenience and did offer to reduce the price of the vehicle if the customer still had any interest in purchasing the vehicle, which the customer did not.  Th
