I was interested in purchasing remotely. Ms.Cherie Spaccini, Internet Sales Director, got me out a thoroughly line item detailed quote right away; extremely rare in my experience. Unfortunately dealership recently ended their remote sales program so no go!

Showed up to test drive and get my current truck appraised. They automatically tried to low ball me on my trade in. John the 'internet salesman' and his manager wouldn't even try to crunch numbers for me even when the truck I was interested in has been sitting on their lot for 3 months and carfax showed it had 1 accident and tires weren't in great shape. The funniest thing was they assumed I would pay full asking price even laughed at me when I said "we still have to compromise on a price". Totally waste of time and even paid extra for my kids baby sitter to stay so I could make a deal.

My wife and I was treat very well by Gabriel during our visit to Miller Toyota, He showed us the car, and offered us a test drive. In addition, Gabriel shows us several comparable cars within our price range. I got the impression that they wanted our business and was willing to extend themselves to earn it. When I reopen my search, I will certainly visit Miller Toyota.

I asked why the car had no decals.? Response was, come in for test drive. I again asked him to reply, to my questions, he refused to answer.? Hey my money spends good so I will ignore anymore contact with them.

I contacted Miller Toyota on Saturday and a few hours later got a call back. Randy answered all my questions, and I went to the dealership the next day. I tried a few cars, but ended up buying this Yaris :). The whole process was very easy and Richard from the finance department was very helpful. Overall great experience. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Sales Guy, Jake Foster was very pleasant. Our interest for the vehicle made the sale much easier for him and he was not pushy at all. Our transaction went very smooth. Our opinion about Sergio, the Finance Manager was a bit different. He was not Customer Service Oriented at all. He was very robotic and didn't care about our questions and/or concerns "It was time for closing and he wanted to be done". As soon as the signing was complete, he stood up, walked outside of his office, locked it and left. We also dealt with Lester in the Service department, after Jake made it possible for us to get our vehicle buffed and waxed due to some discoloration. Lester was very professional and courteous and listed to all our needs. Our vehicle came out of the shop like "Brand New". My wife picked up the vehicle and was extremely pleased with Lester's Customer Service skills.

This dealer posted there truck for 36,189....... But Actually wanted $46,189 this place is very deceitful. I would not recommend Miller Toyota to anybody do not buy a car from them.
