I inquired about a 560 SL Mercedes however they said they had no such car on their lot someone else responded and also said there was no 560 on their lot I’m confused the ad said there was

Car had alot of work done and still they sales rep wouldn't want to come down in price. Also the vehicle had open recalls.

It is a little different than the normal back and forth that most dealers practice but it does build a level of comfort for our clients.  

Our vehicles are put through an in-depth evaluation before being put on the lot.  If we find it necessary, we will complete the reconditioning we find necessary to provide our clients

Came back with reply’s to my inquiry. They didn’t seem to have a handle on the value of the vehicle they were selling. I went to a dealer the next day and purchased the’same’ truck. One year newer Good tires, had all the parts intact Same mileage, detailed and a thousand dollars less than their offer.

I made an offer on the car and they accepted..the next they said they couldn't do it...day 3 they said they could do it.I also never did get an answer on if it is a certified car thru Mercedes.

Corey-  When we sell a vehicle we will then list it as “sale pending” online.  Unfortunately on 3rd party websites such as Cargurus, Autotrader, etc the vehicle still lists as available and not “sale pending”.  Some clients do not take delivery of their car right away and this is why it shows on the websites.  We do apologize for the confusion.

MB of Pgh. listened suggested a car I might like applied no pressure evaluated my trade in I thought was fair and I purchased the car. Buying a car is something I don't like but if you have to this dealership is one I would recommend.

The dealership is experiencing street construction around the facility. Because no deals were made, unable to participate in describing my experience with this dealership. They were not willing to negotiate a fair price based on the purchaser's wants.

Dealer was extremely honest and offered great service. The salesman told me the car I was interested in had engine problems and suggested another vehicle which was nice, but not quite what I was looking for. I would use this dealer and highly recommend them for their honesty.

Salesman called didn't qualify me. Tried to get payment I could pay briefly into the call than assumed I could only pay $575 per month and said you know that's only a $35000 vehicle you should be looking at and assumed I had no idea about the payment and how much more I would be willing to pay. I actually had to tell him I would be willing to pay more if I found exactly what I wanted! He said to me it sounds like you don't know what you want yet and we ended the call. I did give him enough information to for him to try to get me to the dealership and close the sale. I told him I already have an Acadia and I like everything it has this would be a 2nd vehicle for me for work I travel allot and need something comfortable and roomy just like the GL 450. He said we just sold one and you missed it we took 10000 off the price of a 2014 white same as the vehicle I inquired about. I would not buy from this Salesman as he left a bad taste and rushed threw the call and didn't listen to me only has his own assumptions and pre-judged.

When I inquired about a 2012 certified Mercedes-Benz that we saw on your website, the sales rep. Ben told us of another C300 they had that was better equipped and less miles.
