We purchased the car for our daughter and the sales staff worked well after closing. We shopped around for many months for a Veloster and this one met all the criteria we were looking for, with some extras to boot. Overall it was a very good buying experience.

Reviewed HE website was contacted by email and also by phone. Talk with Internet Sales and vehicle sales explained what I'm looking for and they have responded via email a couple of times!

Buying this car was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. The salesperson had everything ready when we arrived at the dealership, and we were in and out in a much shorter time than I had ever experienced. He listened to all our questions and seemed genuinely interested in helping us with our transactions. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle start with JIM Ellis Mazda. I feel that they would not have to look any further.

Car was there and looked good. They needed to do some touch-up on the paint and did so the following week. Salesman was fairly new and didn't yet understand all the features of the car. Overall, I bought the car and am happy with it.
