Looking to buy a new Miata for my wife’s birthday! Unable to find a deal near me. I started looking within a 500 mike radius of where I live. I contacted Jim Ellis Mazda and was connected to Ernie. I was pretty amazed at the price they had online and wanted to be absolutely positive that the price online was what I was actually going to be paying. Ernie gave me every assurance and I was in Atlanta the next day. FYI Atlanta is 6 hours from my home! The vehicle was almost $8,000 below the sticker! And was $5000 better than any deal I could have gotten closer to where I lived. Upon arriving to the dealer I was prepared that maybe the price was too good to be true! When Ernie was doing my paperwork he seen that I had an older Mazda Miata insured and registered under my name. Unbeknownst to me this made me eligible for an extra $500 off the price!!! He didn’t have to tell me that and could have easily and quietly just continued the transaction but the fact that he went out of his way

I had an excellent experience with Jim Ellis automotive Group. I had lost out on a similar car for $33k at the Mercedes Dealerwhile waiting for an insurance check. ( I had actually sat in the car at Mercedes and was going back to buy it, the salesman was going to get it down and found another salesman sold it in the morning). They returned my call Friday afternoon, said Courtney would be contacting me. He did a short time later. I arranged to meet him in the morning. He took me on a short drive. I told him I intended to buy, my car was a total insurance loss, but I needed to drive on highway and try the manual paddle shifter, since Mercedes changed the car since my 2007 model. When we came back, I said come make me your best offer and I will walk out the door. He asked if I was financing. I showed him my credit union rates I said can you beat, he said no. I was walking out the door with an excellent price car all washed with an hour. I have only had to get the spare key replaced.
