Haldeman Ford got back to me very quickly. We made the deal pretty much right over the phone. And they kept the deal right till I got to the dealership. Drove off the lot that day with my new car. I was very happy with their service. I was looking for a specific car for couple of months, I was willing to drive up to two hours. Haldeman Ford was an hour and a half away from me. They were worth the drive and it was an excellent deal thank you

After a few e-mails back and forth, I was able to make the 2 1/2 hour trip to the dealership and look at the car in person. I was met at the door by Tom, and after I explained why I was there he retrieved the keys and said to wait right here. The car was parked at the very rearmost area of the lot and he drove it up to the building for me to check it out. There was no pressure, we looked everything over and went inside to go over the numbers. He has taken it on himself to do what it takes for me to drive the car off the lot, and that is appreciated. All of the sales professionals at Haldeman know exactly how to treat their customers.
