HGreg Nissan Delray

We drove up from Fort Lauderdale to Delray Beach to see a Mercedes that was in pristine condition. The vehicle was very dirty and had poorly repaired deep scratches. The presntation was "off." We left unsatisfied.

This is the first time I have bought a vehicle "virtually" . I did not actually test drive or see the vehicle but I felt that I was in good hands at HGreg Nissan Delray. I will be taking delivery of the vehicle in a few weeks and I look forward to receiving it.

Emailed the sales manager after the salesman assigned to me was unable or unwilling to respond to my inquires about a Acura RDX listed for sale on their web site. Listed sales price is just a gimmick to get you in the door. After they add all the misc dealer fees the pricing is not attractive. Unfortunately that seems to be the SOP for car dealers in Florida.

I felt that they have non transparent pricing and use bait pricing. They wanted an additional 2K in "fees" over the listing price. I would suggest that you look elsewhere. I wonder if they can not be transparent (honest) on the pricing, how will they behave over other matters. Does not inspire confidence for me.

the worst experience in my whole life. Get to a place where they are waiting for you with your separate car, drive more than 100 miles and when you arrive they tell you that the car is at the dealer but that it was sold. I know it was not like that. But hopefully one day the owners of the company read this and know what happens every day.

I had a question regarding whether the car had a heated steering wheel and two dealer reps got back to me and verified that it did not. I was pleased with the effort.

Great dealership, very good to work with, very detailed and had everything prepared very well to purchase the car. Richard Alfonso is very attentive and knowledgable sales man, leading through and explaining the car, had it allr ready in time, all together it was a very smooth purchase of the car!

My experience was horrible! I was scheduled an appointment at 5:00 ! Drove way from Vero beach just to find out some bought the car 30 mins before I made it there!

Only giving four stars because after we signed all the paperwork and left with our FIT, I called them back the next day as I discovered the owner manual was not in the glove box, they never got back to me

They sales person was very helpful as well as the finance person. However, The salesman waited until I was half way home to tell me someone else was coming to see the car and the only way to hold it was www.south a down payment. At that time I was done. Purchased elsewhere.

Was nice and fast closed on the deal I will recommend them and willing to go back on future purchase.

The car was not even on site when I arrived. They tried to low balled me on my trade and wouldnt even match Carmax appraisal. They have a KBB instant cash offer program that they dont honor. I was able to sell my trade for 3k more than they had offered.

No effort on making a deal or work with down payment just put this much money down or go else where no effort was input in it. Maybe just lazy or something..... Whatever!

The dealer seems to use deceptive pricing tactics. When I made a Reasonable offer they just responded “Not the right car for you”. Very rude and short. They list the cars without the $5,000 in various dealership fees that drive up your out the door price.

I spoke to H Greg Nissan a couple of times, the last of which I had a few questions regarding the car. The associate couldn't answer the questions right away and said he would have to speak to a manager. Two weeks later and still no call back. Makes me wonder if the questions revealed something about the car that would have hurt the sale so instead they just blew me off.

Everyone was great! The only issue I had was that the person that helped me with my Insurance still has not called me back to change my payment date like he promised me that he would and I’ve left him several messages. I would have given 5 stars if not for that.

1000 dealer fees.... will not negotiate on price. Sales person was nice and accommodating, finance manager took the time with to answer ALL of my questions!

Good experience just didn't have what I was looking for. They made a personalized video for me that was pretty cool which was a nice touch. I'll keep them in mind for the next time I'm shopping for a car.
