One of the worsh dealerships to do business with. I inquired about the car over the phone. I’m in Orlando. I was told the car was in no accidents and was in great condition. We agreed on a price and made an appointment to drive 4 hours down. When we got there the sales manager pulls the car around and it has a flat tire, a broken sunroof and clearly the front bumper had been hit, it was sagging down. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Terrible customer service and wasted my time.

I worked with a pleasant young sales man named Champ. He was low key, not pushy and respectful. I bought the car. I previously refused to purchase a different car at that dealership because of the disrespectful way I was treated by a different sales man

The dealership service and professionalism was great. We changed our mind on the Accord. My wife and I saw 4 accords with issues between the dealers. The Honda Accord failed during the demo!

Cheaters and liers, we agreed on a price....after i was ready to go there, the car was not certified,which they said it was( i got the emails in which they said so),after that they want to charged more money to certified the car.....stay away from this people..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Was going back and forth creating a deal and was given a price, then they changed the price over 1,000$ Because they made a mistake, and when I said I wanted to put a deposit on the vehicle they told me they just sold it. Nancy and tony horrible service

I saw a used 2016 Honda CRV EX-L for sale online for $21677.00. Contacted the dealership through the website and I was invited in for test drive. Went to the dealership to view the vehicle they said the price was actually higher and the online price was a mistake and they would not honor the advertised price; I guess it was the typical bait and switch but they wasted my time in coming to dealership. I'm just wondering how could it be a mistake for so long as it was on the website for over a 100 days. I think theyes were just sloppy in not knowing what theis cars are being advertised for online.

Replied quickly but didn't want to sell me this car because of its condition? Instead I heard more about other cars. While that's OK in the sense that I don't want to be sold a junky car, I can't figure out if it's so bad, why it's listed for the price considering the years and "condition". Made me uneasy about any other possible cars.

After talking to one of their agents Rich at the Kia dealership, and was assured that I could purchase car at the advertised price , I drove 70 miles and then was told that there were incentives attached , like military discounts,( ETC) , before I could purchase car at advertised price, Then h also padded the bill with exorbitant dealer fees .This is a typical bait and switch.Then when I tried to purchase another car I was told it was locked up in the service bay and the mechanic was off and had the keys.I would not recommend this dealership.

Great experience from start to end. I negotiated a price on the phone before even seeing the car. Dealer was very motivated. Test drove the car at 9 AM, made a deposit to hold the car while I finalized financing, and was out by 10:30 AM. Returned two days later to pick up the vehicle. Less than 30 minutes of paper signing and I was on the road. Totally hassle free. Great staff at Coral Springs Auto Mall, very knowledgeable and courtesy.

I was contacted the next morning and we closed the car deal over the phone. Paper work and car delivery was fine but we had to wait 2 hours for the finance manager to sign two documents , pay for the car and get a new tag that only took us around 15 minutes.

Inquired about a vehicle they had. They got back to me very quickly. Even though I do not buy the vehicle, their quick response and willingness to answer any questions I had is the reason why I gave them 4 stars. The reason I didn't get the vehicle is because it would have been too costly to have it delivered just outside of NY.

Buying a used car. No issues. The process was easy although, as with any car purchase, it takes time. The only thing I can say that was a distraction was the apparent problem they have in their building with black ants. Crawling everywhere. Had no impact on my purchase but I did mention it. I saw black ants crawling on a white car in the show room then saw them everywhere I looked. They agreed to take care of some scratches on my Acura and were very professional about it. They drove to my house (1 hour drive) to pick the car up and delivered it to me after fixing what they agreed to. They filled it up with gas again too.

A very good experience with this dealership! Our salesman named Carlos, was kind, and helped us out with going over and beyond to make us feel special and help work the numbers to make the deal. I was even text pictures of the car and was kept in contact of any questions throughout the day. The car that we bought was detailed to perfection! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and also use it again in the future when needed. A very honest company!! The manager was also very, very kind and helpful!! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!! A very quick and easy transaction!

My Car Sale Person was Nico. He worked really hard to give me a great deal. (Nico's Friend, the other Sale Guy even better). The Finance Specialist Billy, is a Super NICE GUY. I enjoyed the experience and the service. I will recommend anyone to this dealership. One Advice, do your homework before you go any dealership and know exactly what you wanted before you go.
