Initially very good...keen to get you in...car ready and washed to look at...salesman friendly but with no product knowledge at all...test drive great. Car not for me...not sure why these places insist on you meeting the manager...what is the point of that.....on leaving three I assume sales persons hanging around the front ready to pounce on the next potential customer...back off please..we are adults ok and dont need you running up to us before we get out the car....Good price on the car seen....

We just purchased a truck from this dealer. They were great to work with and we love our new truck...the staff was friendly and professional. We highly recommend Eddie Cook our salesman who took the time to answer our questions without any high pressure. This was an excellent buying experience.

It was the most disgusting experience I've ever had, I know 4runners are fantastic but the costumer service was atrocious. I was lied repeatedly. They wouldn't even clean my headlights or balance my tires on a vehicle I was purchasing. I spent $15,000 that day but i was told it wasn't in there budget to do the tires and headlights. I will never say one good word about them.

I have been to Fred Anderson they will not lower prices and their salesmen are very pushy they try to sell you more stuff and it costs more. I just walked out.

I received a quick response from an Internet inquiry on a day when the dealership was closed. Amy Baker responded and followed up quickly with me the next day, getting my offer and financing approved. I came up the following day and the car I was purchasing was there in perfect condition. Mark Searcy and his finance/business manager worked with me to close the deal on the agreed upon terms. Everyone was courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. You can tell that the dealer understands the value of superior customer experience. An exceptional experience, and quite a bit different than the way many other dealers operate.

Initial response was quick and helpful. The shopping and purchasing experience was very positive. They were forthcoming with all information about the vehicle and trade options for my old vehicle. There was no pressure at all. My overall impression was that they were polite and helpful.

The internet sales lady pushed new vehicles on me even after I repeatedly asked about other used vehicles and told her my budget. I finally went to the dealership to inquire about a specific used car at their sister store. I was told that they could get that vehicle in for me. I was only shown 1 vehicle as a test drive since it was comparable to the 1 at the sister store. When I was done test driving I repeatedly told the salesman that I wanted the other vehicle. He wrote up a sales ticket for the vehicle I test drove, which was $7000 more than the other one. Then he proceeded to show me payments that were $500 more than what I specifically told him I could afford. When I told him no and asked about the other vehicle he told me that there was nothing else they could do. I went to another dealership who got me into a newer, better vehicle for payments well under my budget.
